The Favourite Is The Best
Envision your favourite food, then picture the entire world devastated without this culinary delight of Japanese, thick and chewy, known for its soft and bouncy texture, refined with top-class, flavourful broth and crisp green onions. Without Udon (うどん), our whimsical world would never be the same. Udon isn’t about being a favourite food, it’s about the story behind it, and the delight of having a culinary advancement in front of you.
Udon noodles originated in China, and was introduced to Japan in the Nara Period (710-794 AD) by Kūkai (空海, Japanese Monk), but the noodles were surged in popularity in the Edo Period (1603-1868 AD). Initially it was an mythical dish, only rewarded to the elite because of the expenses of wheat and lack of stone mills for grinding. It became more wide-spread with newer refinements on grinding techniques, increased wheat production and mass production after World War ||, which made it an affordable and convenient staple to eat.
While we don’t know the exact number of Udon there are, here are some of the most popular types of Udon there are.
In order, it goes from Prefecture, to shape, to ingredients and finally to temperature they serve for this Udon.
Sanuki Udon: Kagawa Prefecture, Square with Flat Edges, Ingredients are Wheat, Flour, Salt and Water, Any temperature.
Kake Udon: Kagawa Prefecture, Square with Flat Edges, Ingredients are Wheat, Flour, Salt, Water, Dashi, Mirin, Soy Sauce and many others, Hot.
Zaru Udon: Kagawa Prefecture, Flat, Ingredients are Wheat, Flour, Salt, Water, Mentsuyu (Sauce made from Dashi, Soy Sauce, Mirin and Sugar), Cold.
(Kagawa Prefecture is also known as the Udon Prefecture)
Udon is the best and favourite food of Alexander Wu, for many reasons, like its rich history, and the types of Udon. My favourite food, Udon, is the best food in the entire planet.

Good morning everyone,
Today I want to convince you of something bold yet true: pizza is better than every other food. Some of you may already agree, while others might be skeptical. But by the end, I promise you will see why pizza deserves the crown of the culinary world.
Imagine the scent of a pizza fresh out of the oven: bubbling cheese, a crisp crust, and the hint of herbs. Now picture lifting a slice, cheese stretching like golden rubber, and tasting the perfect blend of warmth, crunch, and flavor. Compare that to plain stale bread or a bowl of salad, and there is no contest.
The facts also back up pizza’s supremacy. On average, Australians consume 8.6 kg of pizza per person per year. This figure demonstrates the widespread popularity of pizza and its role as a regular part of the diet for many Australians. Not convinced? Research and surveys report that 1 in 3 Australians eat pizza every week, showing how many people love pizza.
Of course, pizza’s dominance is not just about statistics. It is about choice. Unlike many meals that taste the same every time you eat them, pizza allows endless creativity. From classic Margherita to spicy pepperoni, from vegetarian to seafood, there is a pizza for every taste and occasion. No other food can adapt so effortlessly. It welcomes both tradition and experimentation. It can be simple or gourmet, quick or luxurious.
Let us not forget its role in bringing people together. Picture a birthday party, a movie night, or even a late-night study session. What food do people order most often? Pizza. Its shareable nature makes it perfect for groups, creating memories that last far longer than the meal itself. It is a food that encourages connection, laughter, and joy.
Another reason pizza surpasses other foods is its balance of nutrition. While critics argue it is unhealthy, pizza can be customised to suit health goals. A wholegrain base, light cheese, lean meats, and plenty of vegetables can turn it into a wholesome and satisfying meal. Try doing the same with fast food like fried chicken or greasy chips. Pizza has the power to be indulgent or balanced depending on what you need.
Finally, pizza embodies comfort. After a difficult day, a warm slice can restore your energy and lift your spirits. It is food that speaks directly to the heart, offering reassurance in times of stress or celebration. Whether eaten alone or shared with friends, it never disappoints.
So I ask you, why settle for anything less? Pizza is delicious, versatile, sociable, and comforting. It satisfies cravings, adapts to lifestyles, and brings people together like no other food can. For all these reasons, pizza is not just a meal—it is the greatest food of all.
Thank you.

Why My Favourite Food Is The Best
Imagine your favourite food. You think it’s the best in the world. Right? But when you know my favourite food your mouth will water.
My favourite food is Biryani. Why is it so good you ask? It’s because of the rich flavours and the tangy taste. What makes it so special and tasty is the Biryani Masala. That is why it’s so flavourful. That tangy taste, it’s made with the spices and lemon.
To make it even tastier is eating it with yoghurt and salad. But in both of those you also want to put spices like pepper and salt in both of the salad and yoghurt. To make it even tastier.
Almost 159 Million people eat Biryani as their favourite food. That’s bigger than the population of Russia. That’s why many people adore it.
The reason it tastes so good is because it takes a few hours to complete. You must think that it is not worth wasting your whole day or a dish? But the outcome is definitely worth it.
So after this speech you may like Biryani or not, it’s your choice, your opinion but believe me it is amazingly good.

WHY MY FAVOURITE FOOD IS THE BEST FOOD
What’s your favourite food? Is it ice cream, cookies, sushi? Maybe you don’t have one, but I can assure you that by the end of my speech everyone here will be 100% sure of what their favourite food is. And not only that but we will all share the same favourite food… which is… SOUP! So here is why I believe that soup is the best.
Okay, imagine this, it is pouring down outside, and heavy bits of rain is falling down your window. KABOOM! There is thunder and lightning outside and the thunder is so loud that you have a headache and your ears are ringing. You can smell dirty rain water and you legs are pressed against your chest under a soft blanket. But your mum comes and brings you some warm, comforting soup and as it slides down your throat, gently soothing you, you feel as though the storm has died down. Showing you just how reassuring soup can be, as though someone is sitting next to you, patting you on the back and tell ing you it will be alright.
And so despite what favourite foods you may have had at the start, soup is warm, reassuring and soothing. And nothing will top it. Thank you.

When it comes to comfort food for me, a few dishes rival in texture, taste, and enjoyment that nachos bring to the table. In my opinion, nachos are the ultimate food, not just for their flavor, but for their ability to be customised to suit any palate.
Before you raise your eyebrows or ask “Why nachos?” Let me explain the beauty of this dish, from the versatility to the textures and even the power to bring people together.
Close your eyes and imagine this; crispy chips, creamy avocado and refreshing lettuce. Every bite into the plate of nachos is a symphony of flavours, each ingredient playing its own role. The textures also create a perfect combination. The chips being the base of the dish, followed by the texture of the minced pork and the cooling effect of the sour cream. Each layer of flavour and texture compliments the next, making the prefect bite.
You can eat nachos anywhere and it is always a delight no matter where you have it. The best bit about nachos are the taste but also the customisability. It is a treat that can be enjoyed by anyone, even people with dietary restrictions if you change up the recipe. For example, vegetarians can replace the pork with green beans or corn and vegans can swap out animals products for vegetables or other ingredients. One of the best features about nachos are that they allow you to customise it however you want and still being a treat.
Have you ever shared a bowl of nachos with your friends or family? If you have, you will know about the joy sharing a bowl of nachos. The meal could start with awkward small talk and polite smiles but could end with the exchange of numbers and the planning of next week’s hangout. That is one of the greatest delights I find when I am eating nachos with family or friends.
Nachos bring a lot of joy to the dinner table and it is a lot of fun to eat. The flavours and texture compliments each other while everyone of all ages and beliefs can enjoy this dish. Nachos are easy to make at home an In my opinion, nachos are certainly the best food to make at home.

Ladies and gentlemen, burger lovers, chip champions, and shake sippers, thank you for being here.
Today, I stand before you with one very important message.
There are good foods. There are great foods.
And then, there is Hungry Jack’s.
Now, I’ve eaten fancy meals served with tweezers. I’ve suffered through soggy toast and dry salads pretending to be gourmet. I’ve been tricked by healthy snacks that promised joy and delivered sadness. But whenever I need real food, real fast, that never lets me down, I go to one place.
Hungry Jack’s.
Let me paint a picture. It’s a cold, miserable Monday. I’ve had a bad day. My stomach is growling. The world feels against me. Then I walk through the doors of Hungry Jack’s. I smell the flame-grilled burgers. I hear the fries sizzling. I see the golden buns, the melted cheese, the glorious layers of the Whopper. That moment turns everything around.
That’s not just food. That is healing.
Some food is light. Hungry Jack’s is loaded.
Some meals are tiny. Hungry Jack’s is towering.
Some burgers whisper. Hungry Jack’s shouts with flavour.
Here’s a fact. Over 150 million Hungry Jack’s burgers are sold every year.
Here’s an opinion. That number should be double. Possibly triple.
Why? Because Hungry Jack’s doesn’t just feed your hunger. It feeds your soul.
Let’s be honest. Would you rather nibble a sad little salad or demolish a bacon deluxe? Would you prefer dry crackers or thick-cut chips, fresh out of the fryer?
Hungry Jack’s gives you real portions, real flavour, and real satisfaction.
Some call it fast food. I call it first-class food.
It is affordable, dependable, and absolutely unforgettable.
So I ask you now. Next time you’re hungry, don’t waste time. Don’t second-guess. Don’t settle for something that tastes like disappointment.
Choose comfort. Choose taste. Choose satisfaction.
Choose Hungry Jack’s.
Because when it comes to food, there are hundreds of options. But only one king.
And that, my friends, is Hungry Jack’s.

Speech: “The Perfection of Pasta”
Good morning, everyone,
I still remember the first time I twirled my fork through a plate of creamy pasta. The smell of garlic filled the air, the sauce shimmered like liquid gold, and the very first bite felt like a warm hug on a cold day. That moment began my love story with pasta, a love that has never faded.
You, my friends, have all tasted many foods, but none can compare to pasta. It is comfort on a plate, a symbol of family, and a celebration of flavour. We all know that satisfying feeling of sharing pasta with the people we care about most.
Did you know that more than 350 types of pasta exist across the world? From spaghetti to penne, ravioli to fettuccine, pasta proves that variety is not just exciting but endless. That is a fact that even science agrees with, since carbohydrates give us energy to learn, play, and grow.
Some foods are fancy but flavourless; pasta is simple yet spectacular. Some are quick to eat but easy to forget; pasta lingers in our hearts long after the meal ends. That is antithesis, the contrast that proves pasta’s greatness.
Do we not all crave something comforting, delicious, and made with love? Pasta is not only a dish, it is a dream. It is not only food, it is family. It is not only a meal, it is a memory.
We can all agree on one thing. No matter the shape, the sauce, or the style, pasta always brings people together. Others feed the body, but pasta feeds the soul.

The glistening sun radiated over my face as I took my first bite. The yellow cheese oozed out, stretching further than the Himalayas. The tantalising fusion of spices exploded in my mouth as the loud chatter from my cousins playing on the warm beach sand faded away. The aroma of the salsa that tasted like home warmed my heart, bringing back nostalgic memories from my childhood. That’s when I realised — if there was one evergreen moment I wanted to cherish, it would be this: the first time I tried a quesadilla. I believe that quesadillas are undoubtedly one of the best foods in the world. Quesadillas are a fusion of all our differences, whether from Italian tomatoes, American cheese, Indian chillis, or Mexican salsa. A quesadilla is something we all love. It’s another version of heaven: whether it’s nutrition, convenience, or versatility, quesadillas are certainly the best.
First of all, quesadillas are the best because of their convenience. We have all been late before, whether that’s for work or school. The experience is horrible, and the worst part is when you realise you’re running late — you tend to skip a few steps of your daily routine. According to the National Institute of Health, nearly One in Five adults skips breakfast daily — proof that convenience matters. Even skipping one meal can severely affect metabolism and concentration. But let’s face it, we’ve all been there, and this is when quesadillas come to the rescue. Quesadillas are extremely quick to make, and one serving only takes 10 minutes. Or have you ever just been way too lazy to even get out of your cozy blanket? Additionally, quesadillas reign supreme because of their convenience, not only for making but also for on-the-go eating. Imagine walking to a train station with a bowl full of ramen broth. Do you really want a million eyes staring at you while you’re just trying to get to work without being late? So the next time you’re starving after school or work and just feel like lying in bed all day, you know what to make — the ultimate quesadilla.
Secondly, quesadillas are the best food because of the nutritional benefits that come with them. According to USDA data, one serving of a vegetable quesadilla contains 41g of carbohydrates, 16g of fat, and 11g of protein, making it a balanced meal — a perfect balance. So if you’re ever looking for a guilt-free eating session, you know what to eat.
Finally, quesadillas are far finer than any other food because of their variety. They come in so many forms, which leads to broad appeal, meaning that anyone can enjoy them. Whether you’re dealing with a picky eater, religious reasons, or allergies, quesadillas can be enjoyed by everyone. Their versatility also makes them incredibly convenient. For example, if you’re cooking dinner for your friends after a long, tiring day at work and someone has dietary requirements, you can simply add different ingredients for them or take out anything they can’t have.
To conclude, quesadillas aren’t just another fast food but a sense of comfort. They bring warmth to your heart, flavour to your soul, and satisfaction to your plate. They win in convenience, nutrition, and versatility while also giving you that comforting feel. That’s why quesadillas aren’t just food — they’re the best creation ever made.
