1. Eligibility: The Ambassador Project is open to all existing parents who have enrolled their child(ren) at Scholarly. 

2. Referral Bonus: Each new parent that is referred and enrols their child(ren) into a Scholarly Original Term program will receive a $50 referral bonus. The referral bonus will be credited to their account and can be used towards their child’s tuition fees. Referral bonus is calculated based on a per student basis. Only referrals from the date of 21/03/23 and forward will be eligible.

3. Referral Commission: The parent referring a new student into a Scholarly Original Term program will also receive a $50 commission. The commission will be paid out in Week 5 of the enrolment term (or credited to their account and can be used towards their child’s tuition fees) so long as the referred student is still enrolled.

4. Validity: The referral bonus is valid only for new parents who enrol their child(ren) at Scholarly. The Project is not applicable to parents who have already enrolled their child(ren) before.

5. Referral Process: To refer a new parent, the existing parent must create a group chat containing themselves, the referred parent, and Scholarly (WeChat/WhatsApp). The referred parent must mention the name of the referring parent at the time of enrolment and provide their full name, email address, phone number, child(ren)’s full name, and current school. Referral Bonus is provided immediately. Referral Commission is realized during Week 5 of the term specified in the enrolment if the referred student is still enrolled.

6. Multiple Referrals: Existing parents can refer multiple new parents to Scholarly. The referral bonus and commission will be credited for each successful student referral.

7. Expiration: The Ambassador Project may be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice. Referral Bonus cannot be accumulated and redeemed in a later term.

8. Fraudulent Activity: Scholarly reserves the absolute right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using false information.

9. Taxes: The referral bonus and commission are subject to applicable taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient.

10. Limitation of Liability: Scholarly is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdirected referral bonuses or commissions, including but not limited to recipient providing incorrect account details.

11. Referral Bonus Limitations: Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other Scholarly discount, promotion, or offer. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per transaction.

12. Termination: Scholarly reserves the right to terminate the Ambassador Project at any time for any reason, without prior notice to the participants.

13. Modification: Scholarly may modify the terms and conditions of the Ambassador Project at any time without prior notice to the participants. The modified terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

14. Non-Transferable: Referral bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

15. No Guarantee: Your business makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the Ambassador Project or the referral bonuses and commissions.

16. No Employment Relationship: Participation in the Ambassador Project does not create an employment or agency relationship between the participants and your business.

17. Release of Liability: By participating in the Ambassador Project, participants release Scholarly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from their participation in the project.

18. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participants and your business with respect to the Ambassador Project, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.

By participating in the Scholarly Ambassador Project, parents agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
