This advice sheet will introduce you to the preparation of the 2028 Los Angles finale of the Olympics. It will tell you the structured moves of the dance you are going to do. The Olympics committee gives you a few steps:
1 Train so you have good stamina. Stamina is the the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort so you don’t drop to the ground the moment you start dancing. Try going to a place where you can run and time yourself. Next time, keep on trying to beat your score or go further than you did last time.
2 Always have another contingency. Contingency is a future event or circumstance which is possible but cannot be predicted with certainty. Try to group together or send emails or letters to each other (dancers) to plan for an unprecedented event so if it does happen, you have a backup plan.
3 Have good formation. Formation is the action of forming or process of being formed. So you dancers need to stick together and practise so that you will look good on the stage.

  2. Sophie’s writing homework Day 5

    Dear Simone Biles,

Your big day starts soon.I wish you a successful competition.I hope you earn a gold medal. All of these things will definitely happen if you come on time, you got everything you need and have energy.

Simone,I would suggest arriving at the stadium 4 hours before your competition. This gives you enough time to check if you got everything and exercise.Don’t exercise too much.Otherwise you will be too tired to compete.

I hope you bring everything you need to the stadium. If you need your leotard for gymnastics and you did not bring it,you can’t compete with your clothes on.It would be embarrassing in front of the audience.

For your competition, you will need energy to win a gold medal. If you want that to happen,I would suggest you exercise.Every 30 minutes, take a fruit break or rest. This makes it a higher chance for you to win a gold medal.

Always try your best Simone and you will never fail.Break a leg!

    Sincerely,

    Sophie

  3. Dear dancers,

Get ready to break a leg! This sunday at 6pm is the olympic finals. Make sure to pack all your things including your shoes, a few snacks and most importantly, your dance suit.

Make sure to arrive 3 hours before the competition to warm up! Make sure to have a lot of energy before the big day. I would consider bringing lots of water to keep hydrated and a nice meal would be great before the competition!

Make sure to also train everyday. I would recommend 2 hours a day with 5 minute breaks every half an hour. Having good stamina is also a key part of getting good marks. Train everyday so you keep up the consistency!

    Good luck dancers!
