Reading and Writing

Reading & Writing in Selective

The reading component is an essential part of the Selective Schools Exam, and any student wanting to enter a public or private selective school entrance test must pass a reading comprehension test to get a better chance for an offer.

The Reading Comprehension section challenges the student’s linguistic skills, logical reasoning, problem-solving and comprehension ability. Additionally, the strict time constraint makes it difficult to read literature in depth. Students who are unfamiliar with these situations might struggle during the exam, so it is best to prepare themselves and gain these skills beforehand.
