  1. I was on the ground, with bruises all over my body. Sweat dripping off my face and my head filled with rage and anger. I couldn’t bear the fire inside my stomach. How could I have gotten hit by that soccer ball?

  2. 15th June 2025
Last night I had a dream about a green garden, the sun was trickling through the softly hissing leaves and it cast a dappled light on the cool moss beneath my feet. The air was dense with the fragrant smell of jasmine flowers in full bloom, and the sweet drone of bees buzzed like a lullaby of peace, as though the garden were alive, and breathing as one with my disquieted heart. In this peaceful refuge, the garden softly proclaimed her quiet resilience—every bloom and vine an example of perseverance and blossoming, much like my thirsty soul yearning for growth in the midst of chaotic life. When I awakened, I sensed that this sacred sanctuary was actually a symbol for a space of serenity we call spirituality. It was a symbolic reminder that despite the vicissitudes of life, serenity is always there at the core, waiting to be nurtured by the mindful gardener.
