Subject: English Examination false claim
I hope this email proves my innocence. I have recently been accused of cheating in an English assignment using ChatGPT, but this claim is straight-up false. Here are my reasons why.
There is no supporting evidence of this claim. I have been informed that the student just randomly complained to my teacher that I had been using AI. A claim without reasoning and proof should not be taken seriously or even considered. It pains me to hear that someone would like to get me in trouble. I have not done anything wrong nor cheated in any tests. I am a responsible student and I uphold my school values with dignity and pride. I have not hurt anybody or said something to anyone that hurt them. This claim does not make sense by itself because I, a responsible student who despises cheating, would try to cheat. It does nto make sense. Therefore, this claim is a blind claim without any proof or evidence that should not be taken seriously.
Secondly, I have an alibi and real reasoning that makes sense (unlike the claim). I asked you when the student said I had cheated, and you said they said that it was October 1st that I had cheated. I was not here on October 1st and had gotten into an accident. I was at a hospital being treated and medically tested, and x-rayed. My parents were with me the whole time, and they had not seen me do anything. You said that the student had seen me doing it. I was not there on the test day and wrote the test on October 2nd. I did not use a computer. I wrote the test. This further proves my point.
Furthermore, if the student did see me cheating, then he/she would have been looking at my work. Isn’t that not allowed? Why should I get into trouble when they were the ones actually peering into someone else’s test. This is unfair and should have been further researched until finding correct information. It surprises me a little that teachers immediately told me off and sent me into your office.
Finally, The student who claimed to see me using ChatGPT is a year 4 student. I am in year 5, and there is another Jaden in year 4. He must have been the one using AI. Please make sure to research deeper and figure out what actually went wrong, instead of blindly accusing someone least likely to use AI.
I hope you won’t send me to detention with all of my points proven.

You have heard the gossip that I used ChatGPT in my recent English assignment because my writing sounds too “AI” I assure you that I don’t use AI. This is how I write and it has always been how I write. If you look at my recent assignments all of it looks similar except I tried a new strategy to make my writing better. Is it a strategy that AI use common or is it the way how I added the new strategy?
I can give you clear evidence that I didn’t use AI. Maybe Check in an AI detector. There is no patterns or common mistakes AI makes.
I am happy to review it and see what makes you think are “ai.” But I promise I never used AI before.

Dear Ms Manfredi the school Principal,
I hope you understand my request. My name is Prabh and remember when you accused me of using ChatGBT during the English assignment? Well surprisingly, I did. Honestly, I wanted my parents to see that I got an A plus. Before you expel me or anything please keep reading until the end of my apology. These are some reasons why you shouldn’t expel me; I took responsibility for what I did, I’m fine with you giving me an F and because I can’t afford to go to a different school.
Firstly, I took responsibility for what I did. You must know by now that for children honesty is really hard. I know that lying won’t get you anywhere. I want to live a great life of honesty. I want people to know the truth. I am grateful that I have access to education and this is my only chance to become great at things. I want to succeed in life. What is success without honesty? I want to be nice! I want to be happy! I want to be an honest person!
Secondly, I don’t care if you give me and F now that I understand what I actually did. F’s are mistakes and mistakes are learning and learning is what school is for. F’s in school help you learn about your own mistakes. No-one ever in the history of planet Earth has succeeded without making mistakes. Even Albert Einstein made tons of mistakes. I learnt a lesson from my mistake of using ChatGBT. I’ll never use it again! I promise!
If all of that didn’t persuade you, this last one will. This is the most important one; I can’t even afford another school. If you expel me I’ll have to move houses and move to a new school. We’re not millionaires! We barely have a thousand! A house is at least six thousand! We have to beg for food at least thrice a week! How would you feel if you were a student and got expelled then for half a week you beg for food? If I get expelled I’ll be that poor beggar begging for half the week. This school gives us lunch for free. I can’t even eat the tiny sandwich because my family of ten needs food. Do you want me to eventually starve to death? Ten people starve weekly! How would you feel if that was you? You would feel grateful to have at least something to eat when other people have truckloads of Big Macs a day! Don’t you understand what poor means?
I hope that persuades you. If not, our family will thank you for making us eat leftovers. I hope you understand by now.

I am writing to formally address the recent concern regarding the authenticity of my English assignment and the suspicion that I may have used ChatGPT or similar AI tools to complete. I want to clearly state that I have not used any form of artificial intelligence to generate or to assist me in my assignment. The work that I have submitted is entirely by my own content, and I take responsibility for every word that I have written.
As a diligent student, I take pride in my education and values academic integrity, this accusation has deeply discouraged me. I understand growing concerns around AI tools and the potential misuse in completing academic work. However, I assure you that I am fully aware of my school ‘s policies and compliances and the appropriate use of technology.
In preparing for my assignment, I followed the instructions in my class which I collected during a brainstorming exercise and did intense research using approved sources. I drafted multiple versions of my homework and made sure to edit and revise it carefully before submission. I always made a conscious effort to improve my writing skills through feedback from my tutors, extra reading, online research, and consistent practice, and I believe this assignment reflects that growth from all the effort that I had rendered.
If needed, I am more than willing to meet you in person to discuss the assignment and walk you through my writing process and outline my final draft as evidence of my work. Furthermore, I am happy to complete a similar writing task under supervised conditions to prove my capability and my skills.
Being accused of dishonesty is not only distressing, but also disheartening for a student who genuinely worked hard to succeed.

Dear, Ms Manfredi,
I hope this email finds you well.
There has been a misunderstanding that I have used ChatGBT for my writing assignment. I did not use ChatGBT for the writing part. However, I used it for idea generation and how to start my writing assignment. This is still classified as cheating, though due to the fact that I didn’t use it for the actual writing I deserve a lesser punishment. It is still an option for me to have detention for a few days, but I do not need to get a suspension warning. My submitted piece was just ChatGBTs planning and base, which I simply expanded on.
After I did this I had felt great remorse for cheating on my assignment. I also realised that this means I could not learn anything new, or get better at writing, as you need to make mistakes to get better. ChatGBT played a big role in my grades and, I had used it on all my assignments. That’s why my scores were so good this term. I thought that I could just ask ChatGBT to write my pieces. But it ended up backfiring, and now I have been caught.
I thought that if nobody saw me cheating then I would not get caught. However, I realise now that there would be a stark difference in my writing. I should not use the ChatGBT bot as it deprives me of the opportunity to learn and thrive in my English writing. I will get better at writing if I focus on doing it myself and then I won’t even need to use ChatGBT. But if I keep using it, my writing will get worse and worse. Please Ms Manfredi can you forgive me for doing this wrong. By using ChatGBT, I have made a grave mistake and feel deeply sorry for doing this. I take full accountability for my actions so please allow me to make up for my actions by having detention for at least a week.

On the test they you were going through the security cameras when I was looking up but i did because the test didn’t start and everyone is writing their names on the sheet and i did it early so i look like i was looking at people but i didn’t iwas looking at everyone to see if there done yet writing there names, and how am I useing chatGPT if my phone is in my bag so how am i suppose to get it out with out you noticing i know kids that doesn’t have a phone get jealous so they try to make kids with phones not have their phone. So i haven’t cheated.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing this to respectfully prove that I haven’t wrongly cheated on my English assignment by using ChatGPT. I am here to tell you that this claim is inaccurate.
First of all, this claim has no other supporting details besides “Looks like AI”. These claims haven’t been proved by any facts or statements so they shouldn’t be observed or considered. Therefore, this claim was made blindly as you assumed I used AI because it looked like AI.
Second of all, my parents were observing me the whole time so that means I couldn’t have cheated. They even made a recording for themselves and even checked my search history thoroughly. Therefore, my parents were watching the whole time so I couldn’t have cheated. They will even give the recording for you if you want.
Third of all, if you use an AI checker on my work, it gives a 2% chance the whole thing was AI. This chance is extremely low and the website is known to being trustworthy as millions of users and testers say they receive a positive result. Therefore, these AI testers prove that I didn’t use ChatGPT on my English assignment.
In conclusion, these three reasons prove that on my English assignment, that I didn’t use AI
