These days, with technology, it is a debate whether libraries are actually important during these years. In my opinion, I strongly believe that libraries are a vital, important part of life. They are an amazing way to educate young citizens in a much more eco-friendly way.
To begin with, libraries are better for the environment than your cell phone. Studies show that by using your phone, you waste 146 million tons of carbon dioxide. That much can be used to power a gasoline powered car going more than 2500000 km/hr. Rather than this, you can go to the library, which is a much more eco-friendly way to save the environment. Libraries are better than your cell phone because they can save a lot of things such as the environment.
Furthermore, libraries are a key factor of this century, because not only do they provide a quiet space for you to study and borrow books, but most libraries also provide you with computers to help you study. Instead of relying on your phone to study and search for books, the library provides you with a calm place and computers. Infact, in a survey given, 89.76% of people said that they applied for their job in a library, because it was quiet and it at least had a gadget. Libraries are a noiseless and tranquil area to study and borrow, with computers added to it, making it a 2 in 1 place.
Last but not least, libraries are a common place to hold cultural celebrations. Not only this but libraries also provide us facts of the past that we might forget. For example, most libraries carry displays of dinosaur bones and facts about a long time ago. Without these things, humans won’t know anything about it. Moreover, if we took away libraries, there wouldn’t be any more cultural parties or ect. Libraries are an important place as cultural parties are held there and there are facts and antiques of the past.
To sum up, I positively believe that libraries should be kept. They are a quiet and calm place to study with computers , while keeping facts and holding cultural parties. They are also way more eco-friendly than your phone. Therefore I strongly believe that libraries are important for this generation and should be kept.
Hello! We already sent the feedback through gmail. Moving onwards, Please submit your homework as a comment. Thank you
I belive that there should be libraries .Firstly the eldery may not’ve grown up with mobile devices so they can’t just download a book on e-book.
Secondly some people who live in poverty they don’t have enough money to even get iphones and stuff like that.So if they take a short trip to the library and stay there until the time it closes they can learn alot.
Next people are nearly always doomscrolling on their phones so they don’t get much excercise, instead they’re just sitting on a chair looking at their phones letting their brain turn to mush.
OUR biggest enviromental problem is climate change. Many people don’t even care about it.But you don’t have to drive to the library just walk.
In conclusion libraries should stay.It helps the eldery, you can recycle books and excersice your body and brain.
Thank you for your effort. Your essay falls short of the required 300-500-word count, possibly omitting some key ideas. Please expand it to include all class concepts and resubmit. I believe you can reach this goal!
