Mochi filling stretched out like a bouncy ribbon. Inside was a delicious smell of chocolate and frosting. It felt as soft as a marshmallow. Around the dessert were different flavours such as matcha and taro. When you bite into it, you’ll find your mouth craving for more of the squishy pastry. This japanese dessert is something you will never forget the taste of once it enters your mouth.

As the magestic macarons melt it’s gooeyness into it’s best friend-the mouth-layers of flavours danced weaving a tapertry of flavours. The beautiful lip smaking occur as the crumbling crumbs fall. The sweet smell of the delicious macaron tasted like happieness and devineness combined. As i try this delicious dessert my thoughts swirl through my mind. What is this delicious food .What is this made out of ? Well,it’s made out of almond flour,egg whites, sugar and lastly food colouring. This delicious food is a macaron! Wow!
