    Good morning everyone,

We live in the most connected time in history. We can just tap on a screen and send a message, photo or join a meeting from our living room all around the world to someone that lives far away. Technology developed communication but the true question is: are we fully connected with our family or are we just addicted to technology. And in other words is technology bringing us closer or tearing us apart?

We all know that social media allows you to engage with others but not in the right way. Social media makes us engage in conversation between strangers that we don’t know who they really are, but we build a relationship with the anonymous person and soon become friends with them. This all might sum up to seem like a good relationship but it is the exact opposite. When your eyes are glued to your device you are away from your family which can decrease your bond with your parents or siblings.

Studies show that people—especially teenagers and young adults—are experiencing record levels of loneliness and depression, despite being “connected” 24/7. Why? Because an online connection is not a real connection. You can have thousands of followers and still feel completely alone.

So what can we do? We need to reclaim our time, our focus, and our relationships. That means putting the phone down, turning off the notifications and choosing real connection over virtual contact.

    Thank you, Samaksh

The world we live in relies on one thing: technology. Technology seems like you feel connected by messages from people, having thousands maybe millions of followers makes you feel connected but you aren’t. One question is does technology impact our connection with humans or not.

Technology makes you think you are connecting someone the right way. Even though it isn’t the right connection because you don’t know about this person other than their username. The only thing social media does is let you talk to strangers even though they might be a old man. When you are to focused on building an “online connection” it takes time away from your family and friends.

Studies show that 58% of customer service is digital. Now millions of people work from home. Teenagers and young adults are experiencing depression even though they can “connect” all the time.

To stop this it is time you go outside. Talk to your neighbours for once and interact with your family. It’s time for a change

  3. What is the impact of technology on human connection? Is it minuscular or colossal? These are the questions that are going to be answered today. To me technology is hindering our ability to communicate with others tremendously. I think this because technology steals away our precious time and in the time which it spares it forces us to constantly ponder about it. When we do get human connection, technology is all anyone ever talks about, what games are the best, which TV shows are entertaining and YouTubers who play games.

Technology pilfers our time. People play for hours at a time and say “but I’ve only played for 10 minutes,”. This deadly trap consumes peoples life. They fall into the hole that they have played for barely any time when they have actually played for the whole day straight. This deadly addiction is what many game designers use to their advantage, they will design game that needs a lot of playing time to unlock rewards and get better. They will also create limited time events to keep people coming back and staying on for a few hours. Game designers will also add in game purchases so that people will buy extra resources. They also pay YouTubers money to play and post their game to get more players. Technology takes away your time so that you can’t spend time with your families and in turn confining your capableness to interact with other humans.

Next, technology keeps you on it for long enough, but even once you’ve escaped its grasp you are still constantly thinking about it. Technology has such a firm clasp on us that we never stop thinking about it. When we are constantly distracted we do not speak or do anything, we just sit there and ponder. To have a healthy connection with other humans you need to speak as speaking is plays a vital role in communication. Also when you are constantly distracted you stay isolated, not wanting to talk, just sit in a corner and think about a game. Hence, technology makes you distracted so we are not able to properly communicate.

Finally, when exposed to technology many people become instantly hooked, and then only talk about technology to anyone else. This addiction is lethal and hinders the amount of good friends you can have. As if you constantly talk about games or tv shows then people will tend to stay away as they might not want to talk about screen 24/7. Also when you only talk about screen your creativity will go down, as you are only exposed to one or two things. So technology impacts human connection as you only talk about screen so you will have very limited people to talk to, and at that you will only talk about one thing.

Conclusively, technology impact human connection significantly as it will take away time, and in the time it spare you, you keep thinking about it. And when you are able to have human connection, you talk about screen. So now, I believe that technology has a considerable impact on the quality and amount of human connection you are getting.

    Good morning, everyone,
In the last 40 years we have evolved through technology as it keeps on getting better and better. If you want to call someone then go on WhatsApp and tap the person you want to call! You can simply just tap on a screen if want to play games or go on social media and some funny things. However, there is a problem with technology. Students are usually going away from studies and loose concentration, get their mental health damaged and get hacked with some misinformation.
First of all, we need to talk about studies. Students think of random things during class and start to lose focus causing them to fail grades. Students are our future leaders and if have silly leaders just doing random stuff our world won’t develop properly and may go wrong. A study from Havard University has shown that 67% of students felt wrong and failed most subjects after watching social media for a whole week with watching it 2 hours a day. Therefore, when your eyes are glued to the screen you start to lose focus on studying.
Secondly, students are getting their mental health damaged after watching 2 hours of it. Technology usually damages the brain so if students have their brain damaged then we will have crazy students that do weird stuff as their brains are damaged. This will also affect doctors as there will be more patients in the hospital causing stress. A study from North Sydney University has shown that 80% of students felt some weird things in their brains after watching technology for a long time. Hence, if students watch technology, they can get their mental health damaged.
Finally, students are known to be hacked after using technology for a long time. In the world, there are bad people out there as they want hack. These days students are usually getting hacked as they trust others for good stuff. Hackers provide misinformation for students for fall so they can say fake stuff at school and do bad in grades. A study from South Brisbane University has shown that 52% of students fell for a hack after watching social media for 2 hours. Thus, students can get hacked when using technology.
Now we have to think properly. We need to fix this situation and stop students from going crazy in social media. We can reduce time for students on social media and stop this situation. So putting down the phone is one step to fix this situation to stop it!
    Thank you for listening

  5. What is the impact of technology on human connection and is it good or bad? Today we are going to be answering these decade long questions. To me technology tremendously hinders our ability to communicate with others. This is because technology takes up lots of time, you constantly think about it and people only ever talk about technology. They talk about things like, what games are the best, which Tv shows are entertaining and which YouTubers are the best at video gaming.

Technology pilfers our time. People play for hours at a time and think to themselves that they have only played for 10 minutes. This deadly trap consumes peoples life. People play for the whole day straight, and then fall into the hole that they have played for barely any time. In a study done by the device university of Minnesota, 5 people annually die from too much screen. This deadly addiction is what many game designers use to their advantage, they will design game that needs a lot of playing time. This means that not much time is left for Quality family time, which should be the upmost priority. However technology has taken over and made family time into just sitting at a table on some kind of device.

Next, even once you’ve escaped its grasp you are still constantly thinking about it. It is proven by a Harvard study, that 90% of gamers spend their free time thinking of games. This proves how much of a clasp technology has on us. This causes us to be constantly distracted. When we are constantly distracted, we do not do anything, we just sit there and ponder. To have a healthy connection with other humans you need to be able to communicate with others. Which requires people to meet and speak, instead of staying your own world. Also when you are constantly distracted you stay isolated, not wanting to talk, just sitting in a corner and thinking about a game. Hence, technology makes you distracted, so we are not able to properly communicate.

Finally, when exposed to technology many people become instantly hooked, and then only talk about technology to anyone else. This addiction is lethal and limits the amount of good friends you can have. As if you constantly talk about games or Tv shows then people will tend to stay away as they will not want to talk about screen all the time. Also when you only talk about screen your creativity will go down, as you are only exposed to one or two ideas, whereas when you read books you get numerous ideas. Hence technology impacts human connection as you only talk about screen so you will have very limited people to talk to, and at that you will only talk about one thing.

Conclusively, technology impacts human connection significantly as it will take away a lot of your time And in the time it spares you, you constantly think about it. And when you are able to have even a scrap of human connection, you talk about screen. So now, I believe that technology has a considerably bad impact on the quality and amount of human connection you are getting.

  6. Art is very important in schools because it helps kids learn in fun and creative ways. When we draw, paint, sing, or act, we use our imagination and express our feelings. This makes us feel happy and confident. Art also helps us think in different ways and solve problems. Even though some people think art is not as important as maths or science, it teaches us skills we need for life. That’s why I believe every school should have art classes for all students.

First of all, would you like to be in class just sitting around twirling your pencil on the desk, while your teacher is drawing random equations and yapping? That would be super boring and make it really hard to stay focused. Wouldn’t it be way more fun to paint, act, or make music while learning new things?Art makes school exciting and helps students enjoy learning. When we do art, we use our imagination and get to be creative. This helps us stay interested and remember what we learn. If schools only teach maths and science, students might get bored and stop paying attention. That’s why art should be part of every school day.

Art also helps kids express their feelings in a safe and fun way. Sometimes it’s hard to say how we feel with words, especially if we’re sad or confused. But through drawing, music, or drama, students can show their emotions. For example, a student who feels shy might feel brave when acting in a play. This helps build confidence and makes students feel proud of themselves. Without art, some kids might feel stuck or left out. Art gives everyone a chance to be heard and understood.

Art teaches important skills we need for life.

  7. We live in a world powered by technology. With just a few clicks, we can send a message, share a photo, or join a meeting with someone halfway across the world. It’s amazing how quickly we can connect. But it also makes us wonder—are we really closer to the people around us, or are we just spending more time with our screens?

Social media lets us meet new people and see what’s happening everywhere. We can chat, post, and share, all without leaving home. But sometimes, the people we talk to online are strangers we’ll never truly know. What seems like a good friendship might only exist through messages and emojis. Meanwhile, the people who care about us—our parents, siblings, and friends—often sit nearby waiting for our attention. Every moment we spend scrolling is a moment we lose with them.

Many studies show that even though people are “connected” all the time, they’re also lonelier than ever. Teenagers especially say they feel isolated, anxious, or left out. It’s not hard to see why. Online likes and followers don’t replace real laughter, hugs, or conversations. Real connection happens face to face, when we listen, share, and care.

So how do we fix this? It starts with small choices. We can put our phones away at dinner. We can talk to our families about our day. We can go outside, play a sport, or meet a friend in person instead of texting. Turning off notifications for a while might be the best gift we give ourselves.

Technology itself isn’t bad—it helps us learn, explore, and stay in touch. But it’s up to us to use it wisely. Let’s make sure it adds to our lives, not takes away from them. Real connection doesn’t come from a screen; it comes from time, attention, and love.

  8. Good morning, afternoon, night what whatever time you are reading this.

Technology has changed the world a lot over the past decades. We first used it as a good way, but during recent years, the platform, we started to play games like Roblox, Minecraft and so on. Do we really need the games to play? We have started to play with AI even though they aren’t real humans. WE started to play with no clue and never will know.

We have somehow lived so long with games online, but we thought that games online could help with eye control. Playing outside has more benefits than just one thing, like eye control. I know if you play online games, your eye control will be very good, but playing outside can improve on every side, which is always better than just one really good skill.

We want to make friends, right? If yes, then think about it, how would you make friends online if you don’t know they can be trusted? This is a real story. Once there was a girl who made friends online, but didn’t know it was a man acting like a girl her age, and he asked for her house number. She gave him the number, and in the end, the girl was found dead by the police.

Next, it’s fun, we want to have fun with friends, but how do you know they’re not fake friends, like how do you know that they will act nice if you and two or more are online? Cyberbullying is getting harder and harder to find who did. Playing outside is easy, get bullied, tell a trusted adult, but online it is hard to know if it he or he or she… e.t.c.

We have to reduce AI a lot so we can go back where everything can be less bullying and more connected, like our ancestors did.

    Hello everbody and good morning,

I am here to state that technology is ruining our lives, entirely. Across the world many are favouring technology over face to face conversations. This leaves the concern hanging, are humans developing a daily addiction and forgetting face to face interactions? You may have people online with you maybe on a game or even subscribers, but these facts don’t pose a real connection with anyone just a bunch of unknown people online. But do you know what does pose real communication, its face to face interaction which is meaning of true friendship and a perfect connection. I’m sure everybody has thought of a world of technology and its bennefits but likes strike that with an Uno reverse and lets think the oppsite, technology doesn’t form a real bond. All you can do is send messages, videos and call each other via devices. But interacting one on one can create bonds probably even more than 2 people, kick it up a notch, any number of friends no matter the least number nor the most can create the strongest bond within themselves unlike technology and its minor connections.

Primarily, I am concerned into daily technology usage of people around the world, doesn’t matter if it is for work or games technology issn’t making us any better it just ruins us. It makes loads of people addicted, every single day it is invading and I don’t want it to happen. Quit it! Technology is nothing but a mere part of our lives. I don’t understand, why are people favouring technology over social interaction. Clearly face to face interaction provides more bennefits and is obviously better for us. Yet you don’t care about the outcome of technology what great thing will it enhance you! I’ve looked past researches and found that technolodgy usages are rising, don’t get addicted!

Additionally, for more evidnece on how people aren’t interacting from face to face, there was a research conducted last week on technology usage and it was known that people are overusing tech in comparision to previous years around the 2010’s. They have stated that this will upload in news to encourage people to quit taking heaps of time on technology and consider that if you always want message chat or play games with someone, online is not the right case, but face to face interactions is something that helps people create conncetions. Clearly stating that technology’s impact on human connections are negativley lasting.

Lastly, to create or form a bond you must interact outdoors with someone so you can create connection and friendship once you have friends there is no meaning of boredom and can result in a joyous time and make you feel comfortable in the place you are situated in and who you are situated with. On the other hand, if face to face interactions can pose a great wellbeing we aldready know that technology as there is no proper interactions, hence you can’t even hear somebody’s true voice. If technology can’t even wield that factor then there is no means for technology in interactions. Take this scenario as an example, last year my friend was a real game addict and would never socialise outdoors, he would have no bonds nor friendships until I came up to him to tell him why he doesn’t have an ever lasting friendship once he marked my words, next year he appealed with more friends than I had, while when he was online friends were not even vital to him. Come with me if an 8 year old can do this job with ease who is to say the rest of the world can’t.

In conclusion, to sum it all up I’m telling the whole if you ever want to create friendships always prevent addictions with AI and have face to face conversations so you can simply create a bond. My friend followed these steps and it paid the price if an 8 year old can do it and say it is worth it so can the rest of the world. This is your new mission the one I told everybody to embark, now go on you can do this journey I have faith!

  10. Tech. A popular and highly discussed topic. People have phones, tablets, I-pads, and laptops. There are also other gaming devices including: the Nintendo Switch, the play-station, and the Xbox. Kids chat in the playground about the latest games and how to do quests in the games. But, has technology been bringing people together or separating them apart?

Firstly, texting is a popular communication option. People text others all the time, but is this good or bad? Scientists have noticed that the lack of non-verbal cues can lead to misunderstandings and miscommunication. Although texting offers several benefits, it also offers several cons. The lack of emotional tone can be hard to understand, and messages can be misinterpreted. Scientists suggest against texting and suggest speaking face-to-face with the person. This can create strong bonds or emotional understanding between 2 people.

Moreover, texting affects writing habits, often resulting in people developing lazy writing habits. Abbreviations such as ‘lol’ and ‘asap’ can also affect communication, grammar, and spelling errors in possible formal occasions and letters. Spelling errors can occur, the reason being that they are not used to spelling simple words. Texting provides negative writing habits and a lack of attention to words

Although technology it is noted that technology has multiple cons, it also has pros. Technology can help family bonding. For example, Mario Kart is a multi-player game that brings people together. 4 people can play, possibly resulting in a whole family game night. Just Dance is another example, a friendly, competitive game that brings out the groove in families. Overall, multi-player games are a good way how families can bond with one another

In conclusion, tech is both good and bad. It depends which side you take. What side you support.
