This is messed up, the world is messed up! We should be living our lives with no problem of which gender does right. This isn’t the 1800s anymore! Grow up!
Gender doesn’t describe everyone’s personality. Its useless and harmful to everyone. A boy should be able to walk around in a pretty princess dress with zero comment or weird looks. A girl should be able to wear blue and black. What is this. If your to stupid to act then we are going to fix it ourselves.
Women have to work extra just to match male salaries. Males are expected to work lame jobs while women have to support a baby. This needs to stop!
This entire thing feels like a barrier-once you cross the other side, you get hated. This world doesn’t have to be like this. We can always change no matter how stubborn you get. Its about us, not you anymore.
This has been the same for more that 12000 years now and you said you were going to change. Why, why did you lie to us. Why did you decieve us.
A change is coming soon whether you like or not and these roles are done. We are going to change without you.

Good morning everyone,
Today, I want to talk about something that affects each and everyone of us which is “mental health”.
Mental health is an essential part of overall wellbeing, yet it is often misunderstood or overlooked. It affects how we think, feel, act , influencing how we handle stress and making decisions. Many people struggle in silence due to stigma, lack of support or limited access to care. It is important to educate mental health awareness to the individuals, encouraging open conversations and promoting early interventions and support.
Firstly, mental health is just as important as physical health. Imagine if someone had a broken leg, would we ignore it? Of course not. We’d get them help immediately. But when someone is struggling with anxiety, depression or other mental health challenges, we often turn away or say, ” Just get over it“.This has to change.
Secondly, by raising awareness, we can create a community where people feel safe to speak up and seek support without judgement. Mental health problems don’t discriminate, they affect people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life. But with the right knowledge and compassion, we can support each other and reduce the pain of isolation.
Finally, can I ask you today? Let’s break the silence. Let’s educate ourselves and others. Reach out to someone who might be struggling and support mental health programs and services within our community. Because together we can build stronger, healthier and kinder place for everyone.
Thank you, Samaksh.

Mental illness awareness
In your lifetime you would have met somebody who is always jolly, maybe at work, maybe they’re your friend, or even a family member. I once had friend like this, they would laugh and have fun, no matter the time and place. Until one day they didn’t.
However, does anyone here know what mental illness is? No? Well allow me to unpack it for you. Mental illness is when people feel depressed, detached, not worthy of anything. They get mood swings, schizophrenia, and tend to be very defensive. So how can we be satisfied when, 45% of the Australian population get mental illness? How can we be satisfied when, 1 in 5 of all Australians get mental illness each year? How can we be satisfied when, 1 in 7 of children and adolescents get mental illness each year? How can we be satisfied when the numbers are this high, yet we have three treatments?
Though we have three, only one involves taking pills. This is because mental illness is hard to cure with traditional treatments. And is instead more easily treated by making the mind feel safer and happier. The one approach that uses the pill sis called the holistic approach, and is mainly centred Around a mix of therapy and pills. These pills contain drugs which make you feel happier, to combat the depression and isolation that comes with mental illnesses. The other two support the brain through the love of friends or family. Or through having a better lifestyle, through eating better of working out. When the person which mental illness is supported it gives them a mental boost of confidence. And if their loved ones continue to support them through their hardship it eventually lifts them out of depression and sadness in mental illness. When a person decides to change their lifestyle, it often means eating better, working out and quitting smoking. When people quit smoking it puts the continuous war between brain and body to a halt. This in turn can give a physical and mental boost. Both of these solutions provide happiness without the need of supplements of drugs, making them the more commonly used approach rather than the holistic approach.
Many only ask “RUOK” on RUOK Day, but does mental illness only strike on RUOK day? No. So why only on that single day. People around our country suffer every day. Not only on one specific day. So now, turn everyday into RUOK day.

Have you ever been walking in the bush when you see a koala or a red back? This may seem normal to you but if you didn’t live in Australia this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity, it’s not just kangaroos and koalas Australia has other unique animals too such as the Numbat (a small termite eating mammal) and the blue ringed octopus (a deadly species). But that diverse wildlife is under threat from the impact of the most dangerous animal on earth – homo sapiens.
Our impact on the Australian environment causes staggering numbers, with more than 1,700 species and ecological communities known to be endangered and at risk of extinction (xxxx). The reduction in biodiversity will create a dent in our ecosystem, for the health of Australia’s wildlife, human health, livestock and the environment are all fundamentally linked (Wildlife Health Australia 2023).
There are many key threats to Australian species such as damage and destruction of habitat, invasive species and bush fires. Predictably humans are largely responsible for causing these threats through:
– increased land use for supporting population growth like farming or building property
– bringing invasive species into the country both deliberately and inadvertently
– causing avoidable climate change and failing to adequately manage bush fire impacts.
Another major problem is bushfires, even though they are natural disasters they are still majorly impacted by us. 50% of bushfires caused by direct human action (Australia Pathways, 2025).If we all try to follow safety measures such as only making campfires in approved areas and not throwing used cigarettes into the bush.
But all is not yet lost, with collaboration and consideration, as a community, we may be able to help calm the seas of the impact on Australian wildlife. There are many ways we can help as individuals to restore the Australian wildlife, some ways of helping are creating better habitats in our home and local area, such as planting native trees and shrubs, creating wildlife corridors and adding nest boxes for birds and possums. Another way we can help protect native animals is by doing your best to keep domestic cats indoors (making sure they are desexed) and not feeding feral or wild animals. We also need to remain fire aware and follow guidelines strictly. Australia also has lots of organizations for protecting our wildlife which need our support to continue to protect wildlife, such as WIRES (which rescues injured animals) and WWF Australia. So do your part to save our native wildlife.

Would you like to live in a boiling, dirty and messy environment?
Every second, our planet is getting hotter, more polluted and, harder to live in. People around the world are throwing plastic rubbish on the ground, wasting pure water, and leaving lights on even when there not needed. This hurts animals, plants, and even us. If we don’t act now, the Earth will become too sick to help us. But we can fix it—by recycling, saving energy, and using less plastic. Let’s be Earth’s helpers, not its harmers. Because a clean, cool, healthy planet starts with you and me.
First, let me share a simple truth: saving energy doesn’t require big changes—it starts with small habits. [pause] Turning off lights when you leave a room or unplugging devices when they’re not in use might seem minor, but they make a huge difference. According to the International Energy Agency, households waste up to 10% of their electricity on devices left plugged in or lights left on unnecessarily. That’s not just bad for the planet—it’s bad for your wallet too.
Now consider this: every time we waste electricity, we’re adding more pollution to the air. every time we waste electricity, we’re adding more pollution to the air. That’s what’s making our Earth hotter, our weather wilder, and our future more uncertain.
Let me tell you a quick story. Last year, my little cousin decided to become an “energy hero.” She made stickers for light switches that said “Turn me off!” and reminded everyone to unplug chargers. Within a month, her family’s electricity bill dropped noticeably—and she felt proud knowing she was helping the planet. If a 7 year old can do it, so can we.
Finally, saving energy is about more than just numbers t’s about protecting the world we love. The forests, oceans, and animals depend on a stable climate. And so do we. By making smart choices at home, we become part of the solution.
So next time you leave a room, ask yourself: “Do I really need that light on?” Because every switch we flip off is a step toward a cooler, cleaner Earth.
Protecting earth-Day 5- Assignment
Hello and good morning everybody.
I am here to state the fact that we must up our game and help conserve our precious environment. It is the home of nature and it is where life grows, if this environment is to be perished we will too. It is the powerful source that provides our mandatory needs, it even creates land for you just to live, it sacrifices its own life forn the lives of millions. Yet you don’t care! You don’t even think about caring! Once it does its job you focus on anything but conserving our environment. Pause, have a look, what is happening. It seems to be fine, if you think deeper your causes lead to destructions, devastation and only a matter of foolishness and selfishness.
I am here to remind you all, all from everywhere across the world, you selfish people promised to conserve our vulnerable environment. That promise light my soul and destroyed the darkness around me, until I come to hear that you have lied! All, atrocious and prepostorous lies ones that stepped out of the joyous era into the vast void. I am angry, really angry. Why can’t you conserve our environment. With the simplest factors it makes a huge difference. There won’t be room for refusion! No, not at all!
Conserving our environment doesn’t seem as vital as any other factor, right? Well, it is wrong! That is what the many of you believe we have to conserve our environment basic everday needs and uses are food, water and electricity. Now say it again where do all of these needs come from, our environment! Why waste this valuable source, it is the home to our needs.
Think twice before usage now that our Earth has developed, food and water are taken for granted even technology, across the world people are constantly wasting basic needs, some even do it without realising. It is very easy to avoid this, always think twice before your actions no matter what at any time thinking twice is key. According to a proffessional research team whom studied environmental conservation have found out that 71% of the whole world wastes our daily needs. This percentage is overly high! Quit it!
I don’t want to see it once more quit it! Emabark your goal of decreasing this percentage. It really serious yet you don’t care a single bit! Aren’t you ashamed I need this to change, put in effort not to be wasted, to make an impact! I’m counting on every one of you, I have faith, show me that you are trustworthy. If we can create a truce about this, every one of you will make it count!!!!

Good night everyone
This is messed up. We have gone crazy, we humans started to destroy the land slowly, first we started to cut more trees than plant them, so slowly we are having more problems like World Wars 1 and 2, we never fought this would happen, and in the 1600s, hundreds of black plague. We had it started on purpose, it’s all an illusion, scientists have found it’s in order, like pattern, it is like we are making this pattern.
It’s too late, we have started it, we can’t stop it anymore, but we can make it easier on us by looking after our earth so that we can have a less angry planet line in the future, but we can’t end this now, so what can we do?
We can make survival bunkers in case of a natural disaster, but this can be chosen.
Thanks for listening
