  1. Hello. I am the Olympics opening ceremony coordinator and I am going to tell you how to prepare for the ceremony so that our performances will be outstanding.

The ceremony starts at 9 pm so you should reach by 7pm so that you will go through all the check in stuff and will get some time before the performance starts, to rehearse. Remember to bring a full water bottle, a spare thing to wear which you will wear after the performance/speech and something to eat. Also remember to come in your costume and don’t forget that you should not eat for at least 30 mins before leaving.

For the performers I am going to tell you how to stay in sink and get ready to go on. First of all, when you get in and are waiting for your turn at backstage, rehearse your whole dance and the timings in your mind. Especially rehearse the thing that you are finding hard but if you don’t feel anything is hard only do the first 2 steps. When there is 1 or 2 minutes calm your self down so that you don’t get rushed and stay in pace with the others. when you start dancing or singing and there is a person being silly and you have to look straight, just look at their hair so that they feel like you are looking at them but you are not getting distracted so they will stop and leave you alone. When it ends walk of the stage after the lights turn of.

For the atheletes I will tell you how you should get ready for your speech. you should reach before the timing given to you so that you would have endurance because you won’t be rushed. Get into your formation of the athletes who are giving speeches. rehearse in your brain so that you are ready and you don’t have big gaps of pauses. Keep your mouth as open as a black hole so that everyone would be able to hear you. If someone is doing something funny just look above them and they will stop but if you laugh they will continue to distract you.

For those doing the lighting, reach by 1pm so that you will have until 7pm to finish. remember to use the protocol that has been given to you because it has perfect precision. Or if you don’t follow the steps you might have to take of the whole thing because there might be an overlap in decoration. Also check all the decorations and tools work and be well prepaired so that we finish in time.

Hopefully you guys listen to what I have written, I know you have worked a lot and I beleive in you that we will have one of the best Olympic ceremony.

  2. Dear Olympian,

We are pleased to tell you that the Olympic ceremony will commence on the 5/8/2024. I’m writing this letter to inform you about the schedule of the ceremony and other information you need. In the morning, you have to arrive at the stadium at 7:00am SHARP. When you arrive, please proceed to gate C where you will find the staff. There, they will be waiting to guide you into the stadium. We need you to get there a little earlier than organised. This way, when you get through all of the security, it will be approximately 7:30am. The reason we need you to get to the stadium prior to 7:30am is because the we need enough time to organise all of the athletes. Once all of the athletes are inside, find your team staff and they will tell you what to do next. At 8:00am, the staff will guide you to the entrance where you will have your ceremony. This year, all of the athletes will be on boats. If any of the athletes are sea-sick or have motion sickness, there will be a tent with a red cross on the entrance. Inside the tent, you will get a medicine to allow you to proceed onto the boat without feeling sick. If you do feel nauseous, there will be well trained doctors to give you treatment. The preparation for the ceremony may take a while as the team staff might need to adjust the positioning. Remember to maintain your synchronisation and stayed focused. The crowds will be loud and some people may be distracting, but just remember the plan and you will be okay.

Even if you are stressed, we recommend you not to go off food. You will need all the energy to compete. We advise you to not waste too much energy before you start so please remain at your location.

We wish you luck when competing.

    Yours sincerely,

    Olympic organiser.

(The Olympics will commence the day after the ceremony.)
