  1. Air pollution-everlasting curse or a remediable nuisance
If we could go back in time, the biggest difference would be the quality of fresh air, every single day more than 85,000 tons of CO2 is released into the atmosphere, that’s like releasing 28,333 average weight hippos in the atmosphere, and that’s huge. Imagine if we keep this up how much CO2 would harm the environment, earth may even become a dystopian land.

Envisage, the beautiful sounds of birds chirping now silenced by sirens warning people of potential outbreaks, the blue sky now a red monstrosity, trees which were awfully green now not seen or sighted, the compatible grass slowly disappearing not seem to return, the moment you step out the house you feel as if acid is burning your skin down. This is true fate for planet earth as it’s one fourth of its way there.

Pollution started from the beginning of human existence, way back in the ancient times as it continued, things got worser and worser, in the Middle Ages and 1800’s people started to recognise diseases and how to stay away from them, finally in the late 19th and 18th century new pandemics started and greater awareness lead to more rules and regulations.

Lets go ask 10 year old Saka Martenilli as he remembers his child hood being less polluted than the present, he told me that he feels disappointed as the environment did no harm to mankind but actually helped us, but instead we don’t protect the environment and knowingly harm it?

Finally, I believe air pollution is something we can stop together if we put effort just like other countries who completely banned fossil fuels and refuse to use almost everything that is harmful to the environment.

    The Polluted River
As we all know the river flows through our community that shimmered in the sunlight with the sound of crystal clear water trickling down as the chirping sounds of the birds filling the air. It had built up an ecosystem with all animals from the big and small it was flowing with life. But a few years back a factory was opened as we soon found out it was throwing out humongous amounts of wast in to the river. Soon after many people were caught throwing out their waste in to the river. As we saw the water turning toxic brown and the smell of dead fish as life faded.

The once a place that all the people liked now a place that has the stench of dead fish that couldn’t escape and toxic chemicals with plastic everywhere blocking the water flow and killing life it self. Josh how had gone there when it was thriving and the memories that he had made were unforgettable now he looks at the river now in sadness and disbelief. It is now filled with trash that had never been there. Now the it looks like a dump with rotting food.

People forgot about it and they now think they can throw away things that they don’t want anymore in to their. Then new factory’s where built and started throw wast that was highly toxic all of the wast flowed downstream and then killed more and destroyed more ecosystems and more and all the people that lived near the water started smelling it. Scientist say that in this case that the people have to move because of their water supply being contaminated with toxins from the factories by late 2030 and no one can drink it from down stream.

We have to take action against these people that are destroying our community and the environment. These people have to take responsibility and care to the environment and the people. We have a say and we have to use it for the planet the future generations will have to live in. The world goes like this the whole world is going to die and we are going to die with it. We can change it though by not lettering, recycling things, throwing thing in to the correct bin, and us reusable energy that doesn’t put carbon dioxide into the atmosphere and reuse things.

The thing is that we all can make change and one of them is picking up rubbish. Change can happen all the time but this one is big. But I know that together that we can make a huge impact and we all should know this that we can be the first one to make a difference and the first step towards making change.
