  1. Dear teacher,
We have been learning about the history of how people lived in the past, for now six weeks! I believe it is would be appropriate to go to the historical village in Camden as this year school excursion. It is a 15 minute drive from our school, cost $9 per child and offers a 15% percent discount for all parent helpers! Each child who participate will get to do 3 to 4 activities and they will get their own clipboard and paper to write facts down, and take it back home with them. Children will get an opportunity to see the historical houses and its architecture and their way of living in the olden days. I have heard that children get to sit in the old schools and experience how they learnt at school. Children also get to explore old coal mining caves and how miners worked underground. Some of the other activities we can participate in are washing clothes, baking bread and churning milk to make butter using ancient tools. Doing these simple fun activities make learning more interesting and easier for children to understand. I believe choosing the historical village will be a very sensible choice and these facts clearly support my suggestion.

    yours sincerely

  2. Dear Teacher,

Today I have a good idea. I want to go to the waterpark and take the class over too.
Because of that, the water is good and fun, and we can go on the slides and lie down in the sun and eat ice cream in the sun and we can jump in the water and there can be fun activities like water fights and who can hold their breath in the water the longest and hide and sike water fights.-

    Sincerely,
    Ethan La

Hi there! Thank you for submitting your work! However, we noticed that your piece is a bit short. To give you the most helpful feedback, could you please elaborate on your ideas and provide more details? You got this!😊

      1. I have a fantastic idea for our next school trip that I think everyone in the class will enjoy: a visit to the water park. I believe this would be the perfect choice for our trip, offering a fun and exciting day while also relaxing and bonding as a class.

First, a water park is a great way to spend time outdoors and enjoy the sunshine. A day at the water park can help us build friendships and teamwork. It’s also a great opportunity to socialize and strengthen our relationships, Finally, we can learn about water safety and the importance of sun protection outdoors.

In conclusion, it’s the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and team-building, and I know everyone will have a fantastic time.

        Sincerely,
        Ethan

  3. Dear Teacher
Wow, it is a great idea to go on a class trip! How about we go to a place which is both educational and fun? I believe “The Australian Museum” is perfect place for this. It only takes 40 minutes by bus. We could go to see interesting rocks and minerals, scary dinosaurs, and native animals. We will have fun because there are about 259 rocks and minerals! From multicoloured Opals to grass green Emeralds there will be all types of gems.
There is even a huge meteorite on display! It is a real rock weighing 650 Kg that fell from space to Western Australia many years ago! If you want to travel more into the past, there are gigantic dinosaurs and their fossils on display too. It will be so cool! I certainly think we will be interested in seeing the native animals of Australia because they are cute and have different features. We can also see different birds and learn their pasts. We will have fun looking at our feathery friends because they come in all colours.
If we get hungry, we can go to the café to get hot chocolate and banana bread. We can take photos and hang them in our class for memory.
That is why we should go to The Australian Museum.

  4. Dear Teacher,
I firmly believe that a trip to the zoo is the best choice for our class. The zoo perfectly connects to our current science lessons about animals and their habitats.
I surppot this idea because it provides hands – on learning, which will help us remember these lessons more clealy.
For just $10 per student, we can enjoy guided tours, complete worksheets, and see a variety of animals up close. This experience will make learning exciting and practical. I am confident that every student will benefit from this educational trip.

Finally, the zoo is only 20 minutes away, so we will have more time to explore and learn. This trip is affordable, educational, and truly unforgettable. That is why I strongly encourage you to choose the zoo for our next trip.
    Yours sincerely,
    R9
