Would you like a school trip that is cheap, easily accessible and is interactive? Then I would recommend the Hurstville Museum for the reasons above.
Firstly, the Hurstville Museum is cheaper compared to other museums. To prove this, the Hurstville Museum is only $5.00 per activity, whilst the Art Gallery of NSW is $8.00 per exhibit (each for one student). With our huge class of 30, we could save $90! Wouldn’t it be great to save money? Therefore, the Hurstville Museum is certainly an ideal school trip idea.
However, it being cost efficient is not just the only reason why. The Hurstville Museum is also easily accessible from our school. In fact, it only takes 6 minutes per train or a 5-minute drive! If you walk there, it takes around 10-20 minutes only. This is helpful because if one of us gets dizzy in buses after a long drive, then we won’t retain as much information from the course then if we are fully energised. This is compared to the 40-minute drive to a different museum. Thus, the Hurstville Museum is what will help us best.
It may be accessible and cost-effective, but what about the learning itself? You may ask this, but the Hurstville Museum covers a lot of interesting and interactive content on what we are learning. Since we are learning about Environment for Survival, the Hurstville Museum is the perfect option for our learning topic. It contains the History of Australia, what they used to play with and many interesting facts on people’s lives many centuries ago. We get to play with and experience what they have been doing. As such, we get to play with what people have been playing with centuries ago. You have to go there to find out! Therefore, the Hurstville Museum is the most reasonable and recommended place for a class trip.
In conclusion, the Hurstville Museum is the most appropriate place for a class trip because it is cost efficient, it is a short drive/walk there and it is interactive and rich of facts. Visit the website, call the community and book a session for us to go to the Hurstville Museum!

Dear Lachlan,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to suggest an exciting and educational trip for our class: a visit to the local science museum. I believe this would be the best choice for our school trip, and I am confident that it will provide us with a fun and enriching experience.
First of all, the science museum is not only interesting but also offers a wide range of interactive exhibits. This means that everyone in the class will have something to enjoy and learn from, whether they are interested in space, robotics, or human anatomy. The hands-on exhibits will allow us to engage with the material in a way that books or lectures cannot replicate, making the learning experience both memorable and enjoyable.
Furthermore, a trip to the science museum aligns perfectly with what we are studying in our science lessons. We are currently learning about the solar system, physics, and the environment, and many of the exhibits at the museum relate directly to these topics. This would allow us to see real-life examples of what we’ve been learning in class, making the connection between theory and practice even clearer. It could also inspire us to explore new areas of science that we haven’t yet covered in school.
Additionally, visiting the museum will encourage teamwork and communication. We can work in small groups, share our thoughts, and discuss what we discover, all of which will improve our collaborative skills. The trip will not only expand our knowledge but also strengthen our bonds as classmates.
In conclusion, I believe a visit to the science museum would be the best choice for our class trip. It’s an opportunity to learn in a dynamic environment, connect our studies to real-world applications, and spend time together outside of the classroom. I hope you will consider this idea, and I am sure everyone will have a fantastic time.
Thank you for considering my suggestion!
Sincerely,
Cici

imagine are class going to Queensland museum. it is free of cost and great if we are learning about animal, because they have all the animals in the world in containers so it is safe for little hands. we can get a opportunity to see animals from places out of Australia.
But don’t think that it will be the best trip ever because it at least takes 40 minutes to get there. So if we go at 9 am we will arrive at 9:40 and we will get in at 10 am but we still get 5 hours to explore winch also Includes lunch. And on the way back we will arrive at 2:40 pm and school finishes at 2:45 so we have time to rest.
On the way we can see amazing views of Brisbane city and at the museum when we get out there is a Ferris wheel that only costs $16.15 for a child and schools are allowed. They get 15 minutes each which is enough time to see Brisbane city and south bank it would be amazing. Students will like it to we get to do lots of things in a day it would be amazing.
Please book a ticket for the wheel of Brisbane and have a great time learning about animals in the museum.
To see more head to channel seven wheel of Brisbane or search up Queensland museum to find out more!
