  1. No Physics?
I woke up to the wakening light of the sun and looked outside my fogged up window.
“Huh?” I was shocked by the sight of my neighborhood. The ground was cracking into pieces like dirt after a drought. There was another witness of this crazy event walking on the streets. He had black hair darker than any night sky and his eyes emptier than any water bottle in the desert. His last drop of colour was already gone. They were wonderfully ugly and would scar off anyone.

White covered the world. It was like the void in any digital game. Pure nothingness. White particles were flying around like a screen. I felt as if I was in a game. Then, the void cracked. I was now in space. The giant yellow orb of energy shone beautifully warming up the solar system. The sight of the sun made me full of delight. I imagine the people down at Earth right now. The sunlight reflecting on the fresh morning dew into their eyes lighting up a picture they will never forget. I started playing with the man. He was the only human here that I can interact with me. His frown turned upside down. He laughed for a while. We so quickly became friends. His eyes were colourful and his face brighter than any star. He was the happiest person/thing to ever exist. He outdid the sparkling waves of glee. He outplayed the daffodils of the flower field.

I was enjoying my life with no limits. I could do anything. No gravity to push me back every time I try to go up. No human body limits that slow me down and definitely no corruption to ruin my creativity. I was in control of my own world. No one could do nothing about it. It was then when I lost control.

I was stuck with blindness and famine. A picturesque world turned to a toxic wasteland. I had to find my way out of this acidic area. There were pools of acid and no light came through. Fences were lying down on the floor letting people enter any time. The dark gloomy forest had an abandoned park. An earthquake struck and things fell towards me. I flew up but I could only control myself. Not my surroundings. Manny jump scare machines popped out of the walls to block my path. Clowns welcomed me with a comfortable dagger of death. A giant ferris wheel lit up with sparkling lights and spun rapidly at me. A thousand parts of the human anatomy (and ones that didn’t even exist) ached in pain.

“This is the end of your story buddy!” yelled the ferris wheel. I was moments before getting pressed into the floor. Panic struck my legs and started to be in great agony. The toxic whiff made my nose twitch. My legs were loose legs of a table. If it is weak, then the table is bound to fall causing chaos around it.

“Poof!” I was left on the floor hopelessly. I had nothing to do and no movement to fufil. No heart to beat and no eyes to blink. Confusion struck. A twisting whirl appeared and I got sucked into the abyss. Was I dead? Or was I knocked Out? Maybe neither?

All of this confusion disappeared in the glance of the waking world. The sun rising gave me the inspiration to be fun and creative for another day. I look outside my foggy window. It was another beautiful day. Lush emerald green were thriving on the trees that have mastered the art of time. Sap trickled down crystalized in it’s path. But suddenly the floor cracked. What!!

  2. “What?” I yelled as I found myself, glued to the ceiling, as I woke up to the rooster’s morning call, floating in the air. I check my window, and see people on their way to work, without even taking one step. Panic floated across the room as I flapped my arms, very slowly. Gravity’s presence faded away, even the last droplet, flying into the void. In the distance, a mysterious silhouette holds a purple orb, as bright as the sun. His glowing eyes glare at me as if he had binoculars.

I could do anything I ever wanted to, like float to the peak of Mount Everest, or reach the top shelf! I can do everything! However, the things that I love would be way harder as I wouldn’t be able to sit properly or run fast. Everything was going to float around, for the worse. Plants slowly turned from green, to white, to brown. A speck of helplessness drops onto people as their weight shrinks to a speck of dust, as they fail to even carry a phone. People, wandered around, aimlessly as zero-gravity slowly drained away their sanity.

“Grr”, “That’s it!” I yelled, I navigated through the city, trying to find the exit, I saw the mysterious figure, holding that same exact orb, laughing in his lair as he disappeared into the darkness. At the harbor, I saw scary looking trees dancing in the wind with eyes as yellow as a banana and a sign saying “Evil Forest” at the other side. As I ventured further through the Evil Forest, light’s passage slowly fades away, at last, I see the purple orb floating in the air. A man came out.
“I wonder who we have here?” he glared cruelly. “Oh, it’s you, trying to steal my gravity?”, “That’s never happening!” as he threw me into the city.

I wake up on the side of my room thinking it was just a dream.
“Wait,” “Why am I floating?” “No! I yelled as the silhouette walked away deviously.

  3. GRAVITY

A long time ago in the small village of Potterville, lived a little girl called Lily. She was a sweet little girl who loved anything to do with nature.
Lily had two dreams, and that was to defy gravity and make yourself bigger or smaller with the click of your finger. Lily was smart for her age and top of her class. Even though she was smart, Lily did have quite an imagination. Lily also never pushed or shoved. She waited patiently in line whenever she wanted something and always said please and thank you.
Lily was at the age of ten when this magical and wonderful story begins.
“Oh mother, wouldn’t it be lovely if we could defy gravity and make ourselves bigger and smaller with the click of our finger, oh mother that would be so much fun to do” said Lily excitedly.
“Lily if we could do that it would be amazing, but we can not so stop imagining things sweetie” said her mother sweetly. Lily continued to help her mother cut up carrots and a cucumber. As Lily was doing this, she kept on think about what she had told her mother a few seconds before.
At school, since they were moving into middle school, they would be learning how to do magic and physics. They would learn how to turn a peacock into a teacup. A saucer into a bowl and all those special magical things. Tomorrow Lily would go back to school after her summer holidays. Lily was ecstatic, she was bouncing around with excitement when she thought of going back to school. At Lily’s school everything was different from the schools that we usually see. There was a study hall, dining hall, classrooms and even an outdoor space where they could spend time together with their friends in their breaks.

At school Lily was not popular, everyone thought that she was lame and boring. Lily only had one trustworthy friend and that was Piper. Piper was a quite girl around most people but when she was with Lily they would laugh and chat all day and night if they could. Most people that that these. Girls were quite and tried to hide away in the shadows away from everyone else. This was because the girls had this one favourite spot in the playground that was always covered in shade and surrounded by lots of plants and birds.
Today day was Lily’s first day of middle school and Lily was buzzing around with excitement. Lilly new that there would be a new professor at school today and she was extremely excited to see this new professor.
Lillys mother dropped her of at school as usual, and Lily waited for Piper. Eventually Piper Arrived at school the pair started going down to the front gates to class. On the way down the to the steps, she a strange new person. Lily whispered to Piper. “Do you think that this is the new professor that Madam McKay was talking about to us last year.”
“It could be you never know it could be a new school janitor” replied Piper shrugging. Lily thought about this it could be a new janitor, but it could also be the new professor. This man had a long straggly white beard that went al the way down to his shoulders. His crystalline blue eyes shone in the sunlight. He also wore rectangular black glasses that hooked onto the bottom of his nose.
“Hello girls, I see you are ready for the new school year” he said chuckling to himself “I am the new professor, Professor McGregor.” The girls smiled back at him and politely said hello back and carried on walking down to the main hall.
“Good morning, ladies I hope that you have a wonderful first day back at school” said Madam McKay smiling and handing them their new year diary’s. “Wow” thought Lily. The new diary’s that Madam McKay had given them, were black with their school emblem encrusted on the front. The girls stoped to put their new school diaries in their bags, then carried on walking to their home room. Professor Malay was at the door waiting the the pair.
“Welcome girls for a whole new year of fun and enjoyable magical learning” she said grinning at them. An hour went by, and homeroom was over, and lessons needed to start.
Next was magic class where they would learn how to do all the magic in the world.
” Welcome students, today we are going to practice how to defy gravity,” said Madam McKay. “It will be the easiest thing that you can do in the magical world here at McKay academy. All that you need to do is click your fingers three times, knock your ankles together twice and nod your head once and you shall float up far into the air. To get back down just do the same thing but in reverse.”
Lily started doing what Madam McKay had told them. Lily started to float up into the air, she did the same thing but in reverse and she floated back down onto the floor.
“Madam I have defied gravity for the first time,” said Lily excitedly.
Is it wonderful how Lily has defied gravity, it would be lovely. It would be fun. I would love to do defy gravity. What about you?

  4. the world where the laws of physics don’t apply

It was a normal Saturday morning for the residents of Happy Vile. Tom, one of the residents of this marvellous paradise, budged out the door and sat down on the table that nestle in the front with his cup of coffee.

“Ahhhhhh! A new day means a new … huh? What was that rumbling sound!” exclaimed Tom

Just as he was about to finish his saying. An anonymous rumbling sound was heard in the distance. The sound slowly grew louder, it was defining. And in the blink of and eye, the floor cracked open like an earthquake just happened. Poor Tom unfortunately was in the middle of the crack and hopelessly fell into the void of the unknown Tom who was in utter confusion examined the white void around him it was almost like any video game. Tom strolled around the place trying to used to this new environment. It only until he realised he could fly, this world could bend the laws of physics. Tom grabbed his trusty blue coffee cup and noticed that it was now colorless. Just then a smile appeared on Toms face.

For the rest of his days he tried to make sense of the environment around him experimenting with every way he could. However his state of being isolated had some concerns. However this all changed one day. Tom was out of his house (that he made a couple of days ago) minding his own business exploring this unknown until he caught a glimpse of a hunched silhouette rushing toward him. Curious, he eyed at the mysterious sight. just then it began to talk.

“Finally, a human!” cried the object who was panting heavily, “Hi my name is B3N but you can call me Ben. Welcome to THE VOID. I am an AI robot from this world.”

“Nice to meet you Ben. But do you know how I ended up here 20 days ago? And if you do can you please tell me how to take me back to my house?” questioned Tom

“Ah. The universe mix-up in Happy Ville. The robot universe mixed up with earth. Luckily I can help you with this. Too Easy!” said B3N

B3N snaped his computer fingers and soon after the land Tom stood on began to fade and then.

    “Plop!”

Right before Tom’s eye was a gigantic throne. Tom mesmerised than ever explored the area. He never knew you could teleport in this world.

“Welcome to Downfield castle here is where we control each universe including yours!” said B3N

Just then the leader of the castle (Professor 333444) shuffled past them. Tom stared at the robot. The professor had wheels instead of lags colored in a turquoise designing. B3N grabbed toms hand and ran toward the professor.

“Professor! Its an emergency! Tom is a human and he needs to go back to earth!” shouted B3N

“Oh hey B3N. Oh you may need to bring some materials from …. umm …. oh yeah the other side of the planet.” said 333444

    “Seriously bro!?” raged Tom

“In this world you can’t travel that far by using teleportation!” exclaimed B3N also frustrated by this predicament.

Anyways B3N and Tom left the castle without giving up. And for the rest of the days friendship started to become a thing between them. They faced many challenges along the way like 1V1s, maybe a competition, and even enemies that wanted to steal their special powers. However, they came over the thick and thin and finally achieved their goal and came back to the castle. It had been 100 days since Tom arrived here and now it was his turn to leave. However just as he was about to leave B3N jumped in to join him in the journey back to home. Tom closed his eyes and then opened them again. He was back! But this time with his buddy B3N.

“Welcome back Tom we missed you so much!” said Tom’s neighbour Harry.

And that was how Tom foyer and B3N 333555 became friends and lived together creating a stronger bond between them.

    THE END

  5. If The Laws Of Physics Do Not Apply

Waking up, I woke up and bumped my head on the roof. “What happened to the world?” I wondered. I peek outside of my bedroom window, only to find cars floating on the road and people jumping along the pathway. I hopped out of my bed to continue my morning routine which was drinking a cup of coffee and eating delicious boiled eggs but I found that it was extremely difficult to cook. Making coffee was the hardest because whenever I put my coffee mug under the coffee machine, coffee sprayed everywhere and went to the ceiling so I had to catch it instead. The coffee wasn’t as good as usual. When I attempted to boil a delicious egg, the pot levitated and floated up to the ceiling.

After my very tiring breakfast, I got changed to go to work but I realised that I couldn’t take the car so I hopped all the way to work instead. When I arrived at work, I noticed that everyone including my boss was clinging onto their belongings including their mouse, keyboard and laptop. The gravity change had made it nearly impossible to do anything and I knew that everyone soon had to get used to it all. Knowing that heavy things could float after seeing the cars float, I decided to prank my work friend by throwing a pencil at him. It floated in mid air before lightly poking him on the back. My boss decided that everyone takes the day off since it was impossible to get any of the work done.

When I was heading home, I noticed many collisions had happened with people and cars since the air was uncontrollable. Many people were bumping into each other causing fights to break out and many cars were being crashed into things including buildings, people and cars. I happily flew back to my house, only to realise that all the dishes and bowls had floated up to the ceiling causing glass shards everywhere in the house. As I headed back to my bedroom, a glass shard sliced my arm, causing distress and pain. I quickly rushed back to the kitchen which was covered in floating utensils, food and bottles to grab a band aid. After a long time of searching, I found a box of band aids behind the couch.

Once I headed back upstairs, I decided to have a rest in my bed which was levitating in the middle of the room. I slowly drifted off to sleep when a deafening sound as loud as thunder woke me up. My hands were trembling and I had goosebumps covering my body. I slowly and carefully got out of bed and jumped downstairs, only to find my TV smashed into pieces stuck on the roof. I languidly walked up the stairs to my bedroom and slumped down on my chair. I suddenly had a brilliant idea and quickly grabbed some screws to screw my table, bed and chair to the floor so nothing would float or break anymore.

I sat back on my bed and wondered how the world had lost physics. It had made everything impossible to do such as working, sleeping, playing, making food and going to the toilets. It was annoying at first when I woke up, but I soon realised it wasn’t just me that had to get used to having no physics, but everyone in the world had to get used to it soon and fast.
