Have you ever wondered why is medical surgeries important? Or where it came from? It all came from China. There are lots of different types of medicines over there world but they all come from china and some African countries. There are 3 types of medicines that you might know right now it is right now but not before or traditional. These are the ways that medical surgeries started as the world knows how to health. Read this guide to know everything about traditional surgeries. I never know that my brother was in bad conditions when I check with the doctor.
First of all, the traditional of tablets is food in Asian countries. They use food to change the conditions of your body, such as carrots to improve eyesight, tomato to improve your lungs, milk to give dairy and food balance. They also combine meals to realise more of nutrients that are hidden inside your body. Like eggs and tomatoes, the tomatoes release a secret mineral that it cannot produce if it is eaten alone. Studies and newspapers have shown that 76% of the food works just like the tablets, but the tablets are just more advanced.
Additionally, there is also a traditional Chinese method that is called cupping therapy. The results are shown after the surgery or massage. Light pinks means that you have healthy circulation and minimal stagnation. Bright red means that you have increased blood flow or heat inflammation. Dark purple means that you have severe stagnation and may needing a checkup with a doctor. Brown suggests that the release of old blood and toxins, often have injuries or pain. Last of all, blue may assume that your energy and improved blood, with low air rate. They make it by having a round cup and put flame onto it for a few seconds a place it onto the person.
Last but not least, the last traditional medical that came from Asian countries is called acupuncture. This medical places pins on spots of the body based on your conditions, but it is not random. Scientists in China had been researching this medical surgery for thousands of years worldwide. The pins are as thin as how thin is a piece of hair. Acupuncture is a popular massage and used on surgeries. Acupuncture helps us with medical reasons, acupuncture is a good massage, acupuncture is know worldwide. Also acupuncture is also a veterinarian surgery for animals too! Like dogs and cats!
To conclude, these are the ways that Chinese created these traditional treatments, mixing food together which is called tablets, cupping therapy which is now using cups and is worldwide, acupuncture which is also known worldwide. So now I recommend you to try one, probably try cupping therapy which tells your health and introduces what you are. But before you try one, check up with the doctor first.

TOPIC: TECHNOLOGY IS RESHAPING OUR LIVES
WORD COUNT: 648
BY: JOYCE LU
The moment you fear has arrived. Technology is taking over the world, and it isn’t starting. The takeover has already been done. From the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep technology is there. Your life is being dominated by technology, you rely on it for everything. First thing in the morning you check your comments your brain is already soaked in technology before your feet even hit the floor, and each night you fall asleep to the gentle hum and glowing blue screens of technology. Additionally, there is a 92% chance of your career needing requiring you to use technology, combine that with the occasional online order then practically your whole life is spent behind a screen.
Technology is embedding itself into our daily routine, it was created aid professionals in their studies but already, after a mere 15-20 years it has become a necessity. These electronics are now way more than a convenience but a filter for the way we see life. They have now changed our routines, shifted our relationships are even reshaped our identities. If this isn’t control what is? Still, most of us accept it without question, completely unaware about how deeply it has changed things.
Technology has affected our relationships just by making it easier to access. For one, it would lower the level of understanding possible because the amount of communication is actually only 7% the words you use, 26% the tone you use and 67% the body language. Even if you do facetime friends or family you still won’t be able to replicate your affection because setting up a time and place and going, it all takes effort. What heartwarming feeling do you feel if connection takes 3 seconds and a number? The constant interruptions that are related to internet problems or simply because of the more appealing distractions online will also disrupt the quality of the chat often leading to feelings of neglect. Additionally, it makes that makes it easier for relationships to crumple, its just so much simpler to stop calling or to decline the call than to ignore the person in front of you. So even if technology makes contacting each other easier it also makes disconnection effortless.
Digital devices can do more than weaken and destroy relationships. Digital devices can do more than change your daily routine. Digital devices can shift your identity and change your entire being. It changes the way you present yourself in front of other people and eat away at your confidence. TV for example, communicates videos that show off a perfect lifestyle often leading to the viewers having unrealistic wishes and being self-conscious. Meanwhile, the creators of the video are unsatisfied because they are projecting a perfect image that is fake, creating a doubt each time they look in the mirror, something that whispers that they will never be as good as their videos.
We’ve let technology into our lives without really thinking about what we’re giving up. It’s changed how we live, how we talk to people, and even how we see ourselves. We rely on it for everything, and most of the time we don’t even notice. But if we stop and look at how much control it has, it’s kind of scary. Are we still choosing how we live, or are we just following whatever the screen tells us? We should know.
What lead I chose and why:
I chose this because it’s an urgent lead It jumps right in and shows how serious the situation is Technology isn’t just starting to take over it already has I wanted people to feel that pressure and realize how much it’s controlling our lives from the second we wake up to the second we sleep It’s bold and dramatic and that’s exactly why I started with it.

The Tech, That is Reshaping You Every Day
Name: Nayan Bathula
Topic: How modern technology is reshaping everyday life
Word count: 561 (Including title and Name)
Reflection:
For my feature article, I chose an anecdotal lead because I wanted to start with something that feels real and familiar. Everyone wakes up and checks their phone in the morning, so I thought that would grab the reader’s attention straight away. It also sets the mood for the entire article because my topic is about how phones have become part of our daily routines. The anecdotal lead makes the article sound natural and easy to relate to.
Body:
Beep! Beep! You wake up, reach for your phone, and before you even get out of bed, you are already checking messages or watching videos. Phones are part of almost everything we do, and they have changed the way we live in amazing ways.
The first mobile phone was made in 1983. It was called the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X, and it looked like a giant brick! People could only use it to make calls. Later came phones like Nokia and BlackBerry, which let people text and send emails. Then the iPhone and Android phones arrived — and they changed everything. These phones were not just for calling anymore. They became little computers that could play games, show movies, help with homework, and connect with people all over the world.
Phones have made communication much faster. A long time ago, people had to write letters that took days or even weeks to arrive. Now, you can message someone in another country, and they get it instantly! You can also video call your friends and family and see their faces, even if they are far away.
Another way phones have changed our everyday life is how we learn stuff. Before, if we wanted to know something, we had to ask a teacher, a parent, or look through big library books. But now, we can just grab our phones, search it up, and get the answer in seconds. It is like having a tiny teacher in your pocket! But even though that is cool, we must be careful because not everything we see online is true. So, it is important to use phones for learning, not just scrolling or gaming all day.
Phones also help us find our way. Before GPS, people had to use paper maps or ask strangers for directions. Now, we can just open Google Maps and see exactly where we are going. It is like having a tiny guide inside your pocket.
Even how we spend money has changed. Before, everyone carried coins and cash. Now, many people use Apple Pay or Google Pay to buy things by just tapping their phones. Shopping has become easier and faster.
But there is a minor problem too. Because phones do so much, we can spend too much time on them. Sometimes we scroll for hours instead of going outside or talking to people face to face.
Still, it is amazing how one invention can reshape daily life. The phone helps us connect, explore, and learn — and it keeps getting smarter every year.
So next time your alarm rings in the morning and you pick up your phone, remember: this little device is not just part of your day — it is part of how the world has changed.

How Modern Technology is Reshaping Everyday Experiences
Will woke to the soft hum of his coffee machine, already brewing his favourite blend before he’d even left bed. His smartwatch had tracked his sleep, his phone adjusted his schedule after detecting morning traffic, and his shower came on at the perfect temperature. Without a single command, Will’s day had begun in seamless coordination with the technology around him. What once felt futuristic is now routine as technology reshapes the rhythm of ordinary life, making it easier than ever, but also quietly eroding the sense of independence and privacy that once defined it. As smart devices become more common in homes and daily routines, they offer new levels of convenience while quietly changing how people live, make decisions, and interact with the world around them.
In the workplace, technology has transformed the way people connect and get things done. Virtual meetings, instant messaging, and cloud-based tools allow employees to work from anywhere, dissolving the boundaries of the traditional office. “Technology has made it possible to collaborate across continents,” says Dylan Mitchell, a project manager for a global tech firm. “But it’s also made it harder to switch off. Work follows you everywhere now.” However, this convenience comes at a cost. The constant connectivity demands updated cybersecurity measures and continual learning as new systems emerge. The line between professional and private life has blurred, creating a constant state of connection that can be both empowering and exhausting.
Socially, technology has redefined how people form and maintain relationships. Social media platforms, messaging apps, and virtual communities allow friends and families to stay connected despite distance and time zones. While digital interaction bridges gaps, it also creates new ones. Face-to-face communication is often replaced by quick reactions or emojis, and the pressure to maintain a perfect online image can distort genuine self-expression. “It feels like we’re always connected but not really communicating,” reflects university student Decke Joun. Many people find themselves scrolling endlessly, surrounded by hundreds of “friends”, but feeling more isolated than ever. Technology, in this sense, gives the illusion of closeness while quietly changing what it really means to connect.
As modern technology continues to evolve, its influence on everyday experiences will only deepen. It brings unprecedented comfort, efficiency, and accessibility, but it also raises important questions about privacy, dependence, and authenticity. Therefore, the challenge now lies in finding balance by embracing innovation while keeping the human touch that defines daily life. Technology should serve as a tool to enhance living, not to replace the moments of thought, effort, and connection that make it meaningful.

How is modern technology reshaping our life
Every day when we wake up, our minds start to crowd up. We think has anyone liked my Tik Tok post or is there another subscriber for my You tube channel right before we get out of our beds. Technology is around us- at home, school, we use it for videos, shorts, calls, games and many more.
Communication, paying and research made easy
Back in the olden times, people had to do many things in hand like paying bills, writing postcards to others by pen or pencil and had to wait for days or even weeks for some sort of reply and having to find the answers to the questions. [books, others, and more except for electronics]. Now with technology, everything is easier for us like for paying bills we can do online payment or instead of waiting for weeks just for a reply, you can just message or phone call and we can find all the answers to our questions on Google.
How learning has changed a lot
Ever since COVID19 happened students at school had online learning. Students used Google, You Tube and other websites and apps for research and to communicate with teachers and classmates. From the end of COVID19, teachers used Google Classroom or Sesaw or Teams to post homework online instead of paperwork. Many children read less books and find all the answers with technology. “Open a book not an app.’’ Anonymous. Everyone can use technology but everyone also needs reading.
To conclude this or put it into a nutshell, while technology has made learning easier and faster, it is important for students to balance it with traditional reading. Books help improve imagination, focus, and understanding in ways that screens cannot replace. Using both technology and books together can help students learn better and become more well-rounded learners
